Ali's classes ae inclusive of all practitioners, regardless of body type, background or age. She truly believes that yoga is for every BODY. Ali's philosophy is that yoga is about working toward being the best version of yourself that you can be. She is also certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.

Carol is a motivated teacher with additional training in anatomy. She enjoys inspiring others to focus on the breath and move mindfully on the yoga mat. Carol feels that becoming a yoga teacher was one of the best decisions of her life. She loves being able to share all that yoga has taught her, and continues to teach her, with her students.

Teresa has been practicing yoga since 2010. After several years of consistent practice she took the next step in her journey by becoming a yoga teacher. She learned that yoga is how you choose to live - with kindness and balance - and strives to incorporate this philosophy in her daily life.

In addition to teaching yoga, Dan is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and Energy Healer. He inspires his students to stay grounded in the present moment by connecting their attention with the breath and body. Dan incorporates massage and energy work in his multifaceted approach, addressing the impact of stress on our lives. His goal is to provide the best combination of services for your specific needs.

Natalie completed her yoga teacher training program at Namaste Yoga Studio in 2019 and has been leading mindful, and alignment based yoga classes ever since. She has received additional training and certification in several specialties including adaptive chair yoga, restorative yoga, meditation, yin yoga, Reiki and sound healing therapy. Natalie is rooted in health and wellness and offers a kind and loving awareness to all seeking wellness in body, mind, and spirit.

Laura came to yoga over 18 years ago to heal her body. In that time she has embraced slower yoga practices that help rejuvenate mind, body and spirit. While she doesn't shy away from a good power class, her passion lies in teaching the importance of slowing down. She has additional training in Yin and Yoga Nidra. She is also Reiki 1 and Sound Therapy trained. She thrives on finding modifications for all poses. Laura brings a playful and inclusive spirit to each of her classes.

Ever since Katie took her first yoga class in 2015, she was drawn to the benefits she felt not just with her physical wellness, but also her mental wellness. She obtained her 200 hour teacher training at Root Yoga in Wadsworth, and is also certified in Restorative Yoga and Reiki Level 1. Katie is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with all, and truly believes that yoga is more than our practice on the mat, but how we live our lives off the mat as well.

This yoga flow blends movement with breath. You will move through vinyasa sequences that promote grounding, build strength and flexibility and encourage mindfulness. Each teacher brings their own creativity and inspiration to class, for a truly unique experience every time you step onto your mat. This class is suitable for all levels of practice.
Allow the body to surrender through slow, mindful movement and breath work. The pace of this class is meditative, promoting peace and calm in the body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath.This class is suitable for all levels of practice.
An invigorating vinyasa flow where you will be guided through a series of poses to increase strength and stamina. This class is best for those with some yoga experience, however modifications will be offered to accommodate everyone. You will leave feeling strong, empowered, and uplifted. Get ready to sweat!
This class is thoughtfully sequenced, focusing on relaxation and restoration with the use of props. Mindfully moving at a slower pace, we allow the body and mind to surrender into a peaceful and calming state. This class is suitable for all levels of practice.
Sampoorna means complete; full. This practice works to tone and stimulate all the systems of your body, through breath work and movement. Creating physical, emotional and intellectual balance you will leave feeling invigorated, energized and more alert. This class is suitable for all levels of practice.
This slow-paced, meditative practice incorporates long holds and deep breaths. Poses are held in a seated or reclined position, with the muscles fully relaxed, allowing time and gravity to deepen the stretch and target the connective tissues of the body. This class is suitable for all levels of practice.
This practice combines the best of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Class begins with meditation and breathing, then moves into a refreshing flow, linking breath with movement. It then transitions into a floor based practice that incorporates long holds and deep breaths allowing time and gravity to deepen the stretch and target the connective tissues of the body. This class is suitable for all levels of practice.
This class offers special populations all the benefits of yoga without the worry of getting up and down off the floor. Props, including chairs are used, as needed to adapt the movements and poses to an accessible and safe level for beginners, seniors, mobility-impaired or larger bodied students. Breathe, move, stretch, find a peaceful, yet empowering energy derived from the principle of “honoring your body” where it is at the present moment.
A therapeutic yoga class that focuses on physical alignment, as well as unblocking energy in the chakras, meridians, and dantiens for mental and emotional well-being. It incorporates different yogic modalities, meditation, breathing exercises, energy medicine techniques, Qigong, Sound Healing, and fascia stretching and is suitable for all levels of practice. Each class is intuitively guided and uniquely based on the needs of the participants that day.
