Appointments made online are subject to move up or down 15 minutes to ensure your practitioner has adequate time to clean between appointments. Prices are subject to change. Same day cancellations are subject to a 55% fee of the reserved amount. Cancellations within 5 hours of appointment and no shows will be charged 100% of the reserved amount. No returns or refunds on skin care products or stones. All credit card tips will be charged a 3% transaction fee to cover the cost of the tip transaction. Cash tips do not have to pay this fee. 100% of tips go directly to service providers.
