Appointments made online are subject to move up or down 15 minutes to ensure your practitioner has adequate time to clean between appointments.
Your appointments are especially important to the members of Essential Escape, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services, and our therapists, who are paid only on service commission, don’t receive their full pay. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 55% of the reserved service amount, if within 5 hours of appointment 100% of reserved service amount due.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and services canceled within 5 hours of service time.
- Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel will result in a 100% fee within 3 hours of appointment or will be charged 55% of reserved service amount if canceled outside of the 3 hour window.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Essential Escape team members schedule’s filled, and paid thus better serving everyone.
