Are you new to yoga? Do you want to enrich your practice by learning more? Join us for our Beginners Yoga Workshop where we will break down poses and alignment, learn how to connect our breath with movement and modify common poses to meet you right where you are in your practice. During this workshop you will receive interactive instruction allowing you to ask questions and get individualized feedback. $35 investment.
