About the event
Immerse yourself in the soothing, ambiant sounds played by Ayden Ash to bring you into a state of complete relaxation. Unwind as you begin your class with grounding breath work, then allow LMT Megan Ashenfleur to guide you through a series of restorative yoga poses with massage. You will also receive a specially mixed blend of essential oils to take home as a gift.
Investment of $40.
