About the event
You will be guided through a series of pregnancy safe postures that help prepare your body for giving birth as well as provide a foundation for postpartum recovery. This class can help to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion and provide relief and comfort to the areas of the body most impacted by your growing belly. Class will conclude with meditation and an extended savasana for the ultimate relaxation experience.
