Partner Yoga is a form of Hatha yoga in which partners support each other in modified asana sequences. Each pose offers a unique opportunity to relate deeply to another person. Partner Yoga utilizes the forms and principles of individual posture while incorporating the presence of another to deepen the impact of the experience.
