About the event
This 90 minute experience will pair the long holds of Yin with hands on Reiki healing. Our goal is to leave you feeling restored and relaxed. As you journey through some Yin postures you will receive the healing power of Reiki energy. This will help take you to a deeper state of peace and tranquility. This combination aims to improve physical, mental, energetic and emotional well-being, complimented by a sound bath that to transport you to a state of total relaxation.
